WEEKS DO NOT HAVE TO BE CONSECUTIVE, BUT MUST MEET REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. PARENT/GUARDIANS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRANSFER FUNDS OR CHANGE DEPOSITED WEEKS ONCE SUBMITTED. IF WEEKS ARE CANCELED AND FALL UNDER THE SPECIAL RATE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS, DISCOUNTS WILL NOT BE AWARDED.
